Repair goods / 2027 launch candidate

Keep the clothes.
Change the story.

Physical repair kits for denim, knits, and creative second chances. Beginner-friendly guidance is part of the idea—not a replacement for the tools.

Concept preview. No inventory, fulfillment partner, or live Shopify store has been verified. Nothing is available to order here.

Rework the business plan before building. REWEAR LAB is not a digital-download-only business. It is a Shopify-based physical ecommerce brand with digital products as a secondary revenue stream. The primary products are clothing repair and creative restoration kits, including the Denim Rescue Kit, Sweater Revival Kit, and Creative Patch Collection. Build the business around these requirements: 1. Business model: Physical products first, with optional downloadable repair guides, video tutorials, and digital patterns. 2. Fulfillment: Supplier fulfillment or third-party logistics. Do not assume we have inventory, suppliers, or a warehouse. 3. Shopify: Use Shopify as the ecommerce platform, with product pages, checkout, shipping, inventory integration, and customer accounts where appropriate. 4. AI automation: Automate routine customer support, order notifications, marketing workflows, reporting, and inventory alerts. 5. Remote management: Design operations so I can supervise the business from my phone during breaks while working as a driver. 6. Validation: Do not invent supplier agreements, product costs, profit margins, or market demand. 7. Ownership: Ensure I retain control of my Shopify account, domain, customer data, and business assets. Before building, explain which functions MadeThis can implement directly, which require external Shopify apps or service providers, and which require my personal involvement. Do not purchase anything, register a domain, activate paid subscriptions, or launch the store without my approval. First, show me the corrected business architecture and implementation plan. hero

Our starting principles

Physical goods first.

Evidence before investment.

Owner approval, always.

A little repair.
A lot more wear.

Three product concepts. One flagship to validate first. Contents and target prices remain subject to samples and supplier quotations.

Corrected business architecture

Built for repair.
Managed on breaks.

Shopify is the commerce system of record. A verified supplier or 3PL assembles and ships kits. Approved automation handles routine work; the owner reviews exceptions from a phone while safely parked.

This page is a planning preview, not a Shopify integration or an autonomous business. Provider compatibility and implementation access still need verification.

01 / MadeThis directly

Brand, content, and the preview

Prepare landing-page design, product copy, guide outlines, support scripts, and workflow specifications. Shopify deployment and live integrations require confirmed access and capability; they are not implemented by this preview.

02 / External platforms & providers

Commerce, shipping, and automation

Shopify handles product pages, checkout, shipping configuration, customer accounts, and inventory. A contracted supplier or 3PL needs a compatible inventory and fulfillment connection. Shopify Flow, Sidekick, and selected support or marketing apps can assist with routine questions, order updates, approved campaigns, reporting, and stock alerts, subject to plan and app capabilities.

03 / Your involvement

Control stays with you

Own the Shopify account, domain, customer data, and creative assets. Grant limited collaborator access. Approve suppliers, samples, budgets, policies, app permissions, and launch. Review refunds, delivery problems, and automation exceptions—AI does not replace your judgment.

The next 90 days / proposed sequence

Validate. Test. Then decide.

01–30DAYS

Prove the starting point

Research customer needs and competition. Request supplier quotations and samples; confirm bundle assembly, shipping, returns, and quality. Demand and profitability are not yet validated.

31–60DAYS

Build only after approval

Model economics using real quotations. With your approval, configure owner-controlled Shopify, product content, shipping, and selected apps. Test checkout, stock syncing, notifications, support escalation, and fulfillment end to end.

61–90DAYS

Authorize a controlled launch

Launch one flagship only after your explicit go-ahead. Measure delivery reliability, returns, acquisition costs, and actual contribution. Expand only if results support it.

The next step is proof, not a purchase
